Not getting a password reset email

I forgot my clraik password and recently switched phone so I can't log in with my new phone at all ): I tried resetting the pw twice but don't think I have gotten any emails for that so far. What can I do?

Have you checked your spam folder? If you keep having problems with your clraik pass I'll suggest you get in touch with Bat or j03

This has been an ongoing issue for a while now. From what I know you just have to power through and keep trying.

There's one solution where you open the reset page, enter your email, open a second tab, refresh that, and go back to the first tab and submit. That's suppoised to solve the issue but I haven't tried it myself.

I think they meant this is happening for clraik, not Neopets.

I suggest checking the spam folder as mentioned before, although that should not be happening.

I'm also realizing we responded to your support e-mail yesterday evening, so please check that.

They weren't in the spam folder back then. but all solved now - thanks j03 I'll check it today!
