I need some major Help HERE!!!

Ok first of all i have 2 problems.
1: I have 2 accounts.One is a semi shell and the other is a new account i made.I can access the semi shell very easily but i cant access the new account that easy.It takes a lot of time to load anything.I dont understand why.
2:Im on this semi shell account using it as my main atm and when i for exampple visit Auction/Page 1 the time say 9:38:09
then i visit page 2 and time is 9:38:11.I go back to page 1 and it says 9:38:09 again so its as if it doesnt even go forward or it just goes back in time.Why is this?How can i fix it?Will rep if you can help me

Try to empty your caches, history, etc etc etc. I think I had the same issue once, and I cleaned everything and it worked fine.
