it was deleted i believe. i had it saved on my bookmarks and when i click it thats what pops up

no i believe it was a list of updated scripts that is now gone. and it showed which ones were either being fixed, fixed and going to be fixed

The intention of that thread was for the community to keep track of which scripts were broken after StackPath was introduced, or when the site's layout was updated. Since its original poster lost interest in keeping it updated, it was removed. This happens every single time somebody creates a directory, and the threads turn into bumped graveyards for complaints that the lists are outdated. That's why we don't have directory threads.
