Good evening. I'm new to this site, but I'm a returning player to Neopets. I also like Pokémon.

I like to draw, but using paper and pencil. I'm... pretty technologically illiterate. I know just the very basics. I'd like to code my own Neopets pages, but looking at code makes me feel like my head is filled with bees.

I feel you the head full of bees thing. I have like one template I use for pet lookups I wrote a decade ago and just repurpose it for every single pet I have now. The thought of trying to do anything new from scratch is horrifying lol

TY! I came to find a way to make playing Neopets a lil easier, but I'm hopefully staying for the community.

ETA: Oh, and! My fav Pokémon Gen is probably 3? I play a lot of Fire Red. Other than that, I'm very nostalgic for Crystal, and Heart Gold is also good. Pokéwalker over Pokémon GO any day!

Welcome to cK, Lev! Do you currently have any Neo goals? Gen 3 is one of my favorite Pokémon generations, too, mostly because Feebas and Milotic were introduced in it and Kyogre's and Groudon's beef with each other is hilarious.

This community honestly rocks. Everyone here is super nice and helpful which I don't know that you'd necessarily expect from a "cheating" site but hey.

I find a good place to start is with premade layouts and make small changes like colors, adding images, etc. I find it doesn't feel so overwhelming once you get a little more used to moving around in the code and seeing what controls what. Like many things, I promise it gets easier and you can always ask for help around here in DMs.
