Been still plugging through Spanish and Japanese Duolingo. Spanish I feel like I'm getting a good grip on. Japanese not so much. Might need to take a real class if I wanna learn it.

I would not mind having someone to practice Japanese with from time to time, if you're ever interested. I feel I am getting rusty :c

Also, the Genki books are quite nice. That is what they use in college courses here.

Does native Spanish and a quarter of English counts? I feel my english is getting worse everyday

I learned English mainly by playing a lot of games when I was a child, I got gifted a Nintendo 64 at 4-5 years old with eng games only so I was exposed to it at an early age.

I don't even know enough Japanese to talk to anyone with haha. But I'll look into those books!

My native language is portuguese, I've learned english in school and a bit of spanish, then took some italian lessons I tried to learn german a while ago, but never got too far haha
Also, duolingo never worked much for me. With german I was using a podcast that had written exercises included - learning only through listening is hard for me.
