    i was vacation and didnt go to any gym. I WILL BEAT MYSELF UP in the gym.

    so i currently will be going 5 days week. i too also have a free gym membership where i work and it is soo lovely!

    dont forget you are what you eat! i know people have certain diets because of jeans and what have you! but a colorful pallet and very creative protein choices and smaller intake will definitely provide gains beyond what we can do!

    Gym accountability you say?? 👀 lol. I went today to get my paused squats in. I'm working with a powerlifting coach because I want to really bump up my numbers because I'm flirting with the idea of competing at a powerlifting meet next year at my gym

    My workout today was squats, but MAN my upper body/shoulders were fried lol. This was my day:

    A Google sheet! My coach does it there because she adds formulas to calculate what weight to use based on percentages of the RPE and she added a drop down too for me to note how it actually felt compared to the prescribed RPE. It's so interesting because she sees me lift, and it feels like a 7/10 and she looks and says "nah that was a 5- go higher in weight" and I freak out and she's like "it only SEEMS hard to you because you're bracing...that doesn't count when considering RPE for the actual weight"

    Well didn't do a bootcamp today as Hubby said I should do a scenic ride so I made up for it with 20 min of legs

    I haven't left the house for over a month and left maybe 3 or 4 times the lest 6 months only when absolutely necessary. I've been eating about once a day only, so weight isn't really a problem, but my relationship is suffering because of that, obviously. I say I'll get to the psych and adjust my meds and get on with life, but I don't see much reason to go on. I wake up, do stuff on neopets, draw a bit, eat enough to take my meds, back to bed.
    I think I need a life before I'm back to exercising.

    Sometimes the littlest steps are all you can take, and that's okay. You gotta meet yourself where you are. I used to be extremely active until my physical health got in the way, which at times has caused my mental health to get in the way. Sometimes you just gotta meet yourself where you are. I know this isn't really the main topic of this thread, but I've been there where my only reason to go on is just the sake of going on, and the reason shows up later.
