Happy New year, everyone that is already in January!
Tis the 31 December here still. Today we are just going to chill and then tomorrow lunch at a friend so nothing special.
Lets reflect on 2023
It was a hard year. I had a mentor/friend die as well as my grandmother.
I worked really hard on my studies and was soemtome very frustrated by my fellow students that seem to do very little and is fine with just passing.
I feel like I neglected my photography business and totally let my etsy shop to just fend for itself (don't worry I sell templates) it requires very little form my side but I need to really get some new template on
My mom retired meaning from December she is home every single day, no going to work and although its been fine it will be an adjustment
I made a point of visiting the forum regularly and I want to really thank everyone that the forum was the place I could share my joy and frustrations and get some help with assignments

Happy New Year!
It's currently 9pm on the 31st, almost time to ring in the new year.
We are staying home, not really a party kind of person and I'm worried how my old doggo is going to be with fireworks as she's getting a bit more anxious lately (shes 8 years old)
This year has been crazy, multiple restructures and career moves within the construction industry. My husband and I spent another year together successfully, we travelled a lil bit and we learnt a lot.

Dec 31 here too. I'm too burned out to do anything after a week of socializing and seeing people.
I'll probably just rest at home and chill with my kitties.q

I have a performance for a show tonight, then I'll be ringing in the New Year with my partner!
A simple dinner with family (not everyone since normally we split on 31st) and some movies pretty much. Looking forward to a quiet night to recharge energies for the new year!

Its 1st Jan here, happy new year everyone!
Did a charcuterie last night, got woken up at midnight by the fireworks (lol) and then went to the beach for the sunrise and then to the gym. That's my routine every year and I'm so glad I'm not a partier haha.
I am... going to bed around 10pm as I need to wake up early to take care of stuff the next daylol
Im not a big fan of parties in general, so it works out for me!
