- the negg festival being space themed and bython are part of the plot as Orion and Illusen are mentioned/part of it ((you need an account to see links))
- the faerie festival and 'pollution' weakening the earth and water faeries

- the lore from the halloween trick or treat bags, and if they are it means the shadow usul is likely going to play a role

Would be good to add the little bits from Orion in the AC too, since they seem related. He mentioned a Lyre.

What Herdy did with the SAP is absolutely NOT the right call, are we serious right now? Put to the side that the item in question is valuable or whatever, he spoke on behalf of EVERYONE ON SITE that we all shared his same opinion regarding a game mechanic and that we would like to see it changed.

Y'all, I get it, you're probably upset that you lost some investment into this item. But for goodness sake, it's the month of giving not the month of potential profits. How someone else performs in a BD portion of an event doesn't impact any of us in the slightest. Just let people have fun lol.

Like, we've been given INSANE weapons for the Battledome recently. ALL of which have "made other weaker weapons useless"

Thunder Sticks? Are a Moehog Skull on crack, and make other 100% freezers like H4k Helmet, Freezing Potion, Magical Marbles, etc look like jokes.

Feel Better Soup? A free 50% non-species specific heal. Your only real option before this was a Bag of Healing Dust, or having your BD pet be a species with a god tier healer, because there was no way on God's green earth you were affording a Jade Scorchstone or a Leaded Elemental Vial.

Anyone who didn't want the greater majority of people on the site having access to a SAP is just gatekeeping simply to gatekeep at this point. Unless, and I mean UNLESS we have a portion of the plot that is "this enemy can only be killed by a SINGLE person on the site" ala the Meridell War, the access to what other people on the site have in their 1P battle kits has zero effect on you unless you just so happen to have invested in those items. In which case, I'm sorry, but nothing is safe from meddling and deflation right now. Find a new niche.

You are the voice of reason… but still, I maintain it should be in plausible reach of normal players after a lot of hard work and saving. 150 million NP is too much for anyone who isn’t using clraik bots or are skilled merchants, I suppose? I’m sure there’s a few legitimate ways to make 150 million NP… but not many…

Well the legitimate way would be to restock the item from the smugglers cove. This doesn't require normal players to have 150m NPs or some other obscene amount of NPs...Although its extremely tough restocking items from the cove as it requires a bit of luck and you are completing with botters/scripters but regardless it keeps the item's inflation and game balance in check.

SAP debate aside, I hope this plot is a full on Avengers style every villain vs Neopia kind of plot, and runs long with complicated puzzles, and culminates in an all out war. Like the Lost Desert Plot x Curse of Maraqua.

I'm with you. Let's have Herdy ejected. I remember decades ago playing in the battledome, and the ever frustrating hypno helm would get me all the time, and all I had was a low tier frost cannon. I saw the hypno helm as unachievably high priced then. The battledome has always been inaccessible and for the elite. It's not good. @(you need an account to see links) 's point about it should be a smugglers cove is probably right, but SC is just another reason it's for the elite...

Infected's right, we could get sucked back into the SAP debate here again. I wonder, are we really going to get the opportunity to fight for the bad guys? and if villains win, what? will neopia be destroyed?

But, if there's no picking sides, it's players v storyline, we all know how it's going to end, we've got plot armor...

I hope the plot isnt just all fighting and BD aimed, I prefer the strategic puzzle elements.
But I think they need to hold-off on all the pre-empted advertising and then delaying. Just advertise when you know it is coming.

I like a BD aimed plot but I also like strategic puzzles as well. I feel a good balance of both makes a war perfect.

The CEO said on the Anniversary AMA the BD element would be coming in later on in the plot - I really hope there's fun puzzles coming.
Dom: Our goal is to keep you busy next year so you have to update the Battlepedia more often! A lot is happening on the backend. We've alluded to a new plot, there will be parts related to the Battledome. Everything will not be fixed when the plot is launched next year as the Battledome element will come later. There are a lot of bugs and issues with the Battledome but we are working on it and hope to have the major issues fixed by this time next year.

I'm joking about the UC paintbrush thing, though it is speculated that they are linked.
The holder of the paintbrush has long straight hair, frilly sleeves. The paintbrush has a skull on the shaft, with horns protruding either side. It in no way appears starry or galaxy like. It is the same as the first picture. Perhaps the "void paintbrush" being a galaxy theme was a red heering or false assumption?
So, who is holding that paintbrush? it doesn't look like Drakara...

So, I guess Brightvale is involved... The aisha says "can that really be home?" (which is weird, the space age Aisha doesn't seem like she'd be resident of imperial age Brightvale)
