Thank you for including the bits from the 2022 survey. Every time I brought those up previously, people either had no idea what I was on about, or I couldn't go back and actually find any screenshots from the survey itself to use as proof of what I was saying, so it's nice to have those examples now as a point of reference.

Thank you for the new thread and the comprehensive summation! I really think in the 'new era' TNT should be looking at being more open and transparent about their plans for the site rather than just pulling 'surprises' that aren't really surprises but do hugely affect their users.
One example would be the conversion event in the first place, which players weren't consulted on. You'd think they'd learn, but announcing NC UCs crashed UC trading value because everyone assumed it would happen quickly, rather than literal years later.
Now we still don't know exactly what the UCs will look like, how they'll be obtained, if it's gacha or not. And it would help their players to know ahead of time. For example, if UC pets are gacha, if it looks like it will be years before all UC pets are released, or if there's a bit 'Zapped by the NC ray' on lookups (I think it's likely there will be) I think the trade value of 'real' UCs will remain steady, maybe even go up.
However if NC UC aren't too expensive, don't have anything irritating on lookups, aren't gacha or are tradable, real UC trading value will go down.
Why not just tell players what the plans are? Better still, show us exactly what things will look like and ask for feedback before making the change. Learn from past mistakes!
I'm holding out for the return of non-grandfathered UCs (RG Zafara PLS) and don't even know if they're happening... considering how long NC UCs have been on the schedule, we should have a little more idea about them imo.
