Gengar , i would say its one of my all time fav too. And it would be Halloween although i dont really celebrate it haha.

But gengar always have nice costumes for halloween , this one was 2022 i think ?

i associate a lot of the early game unova pokemon with mardi gras because pokemon black and white came out a few days before mardi gras and i remember playing it before a parade

Azumarill and Wigglytuff would be what remind me most of Easter. They're both brightly colored Pokémon who are also rabbits AND they're egg-shaped. It's like a match made in heaven.
