    I totally forgot I preordered the Usukicon goodie bags, whoops. I'm surprised it's taking them this long too. I've had a pretty positive experience with them purchasing Geekify's usual stocked item such as the pins. One time they forgot to give me a code and they e-mailed me it out of the blue.
    I've heard a lot of people on Neocord on the other hand has a lot of negative experience with them. One person had missing items and it was marked as fulfilled along with many complaints of terrible customer service and long delivery times.

    You should be able to get codes from both. Usually the item description should say if it includes codes. Be prepared to get lots of errors when trying to redeem the codes though.

    Oh you get the code from both? It comes in with the item you ordered? Or do they deliver it digital?

    I am assuming it only comes with the product as opposed to digital as I have not received anything digital yet.

    Oh, this has reminded me, it is literally the day before Christmas and... still no Advent Calendar. Hell I don't even have a notice of it shipping. And I have gotten no contact from them whatsoever from the last time I emailed them about it. My next step is to ask for a refund, and if they continue ghosting me I'll be doing a reversal via my bank because this is honestly ridiculous.

    I got it through email when it was out for delivery. Now that I think about it, it was wyp that forgot my code and sent it through email since they put the codes with the products. Sorry for the mixup! T_T

    I purchased the Tarot card deck and never got a code but I bought it through amazon even though it was through them idk.

    I'm still waiting on the Usuki merch bundle, which was pretty expensive, we got an email saying they are perfecting it and should be out by the end of last month but it has been crickets. Didn't even know there was an Advent calendar people didn't get smh. Hopefully they make it up to us or I won't be making any more preorders or purchases.

    wow that sucks i guess for "normal" stuff waiting isnt that bad but something like that, wow.

    also i have an update for anyone following along and also for @(you need an account to see links) and @(you need an account to see links) since they ordered as well. i emailed them replying to the old update from 2 months ago, and they replied saying they would be sending out an official update soon but production of the figurines is taking long, so there's that i guess

    yeah for real.... i get its the holidays and its probably busy for all online stores but it sure wasnt the holidays when i ordered it OR when they sent the first update

    yeah i felt it was so weird they sent out 1 update in october and then nothing. i guess we'll see if they send an update soon, they finally responded to me and said they would send an official update next week.
