figured i would post an update, but the update is that there is no update. haven't heard anything since october on the usuki bundle, they never responded when i sent in a comment form on their site and no response. I might ask for a refund at this point

I've been seeing people have bad experiences with them over in the FB group in NN - Especially with how long it takes to get their items and when they get them their code for the virtual prize is already redeemed :/

Man for as munch as they charge for their products you think they'd give you a much more way to contact them without leaving you in the dark

yeah, idk if i'll go through with buying this and even if i do i dont think i'll buy anything from them again. that's so weird that the prize codes are already used??? what the heck

Yup! I've seen people say their codes we're redeemed off the bat and I'm like damn.. ya'll paid over $15+ for a single item and the code is already used. That sucks. Usually they are good at getting you a new code if you bring it up in NN but its still upsetting there are issues that need to be addressed

I personally haven't had issues - i've ordered some pins and the tarot deck. They were both late, but not by months Sorry that this is happening to you. I would ask for a refund for sure.

I was one of the ones with a horrible experience last year with the advent calender :/
I had pre-ordered it when they first started advertising, and then I only received it around February.
When I would email customer service, they would tell me that because I'm in Canada the shipping is unpredictable (which I guess I can kinda see?)
Also the chocolate was disgusting, the plastic that held the pieces was warped so when you opened a door it was hard to pry it out, and also the chocolate moulds were so flat it was hard to see any of the imprints.

I had wanted to order the advent for this year and the tarot cards but it really put me off after last year.

I really hope you get updates soon, and have a better experience.

I ordered their very first chocolate Advent Calendar, had a terrible experience, and recently viewed their statement where they promised that the newer Calendar(s) wouldn't be as much of a shitshow. I guess they didn't come through on that, lol

thanks for all the replies and the sympathy. im bummed because i was really excited about this usuki bundle. ill probably wait and see if i hear anything after the holidays, but then try and see if i get a refund.

so many nightmare stories, but with others who have had no issues, its wild they are so hit and miss

Do you get Rare Item Codes from buying Geekify & What's Your Passion (WYP) merchandise partners?

I bought a keychain from WYP, will I get a Rare Item Code (RIC) from it when it arrives? I need the space faerie avatar lol
