Thank you for making this thread! I’m here for the holiday sweets! I made cookies a few weeks ago, but I’d like to make more here soon. I really love the super soft, very flavorful gingerbread cookies. I’m getting hungry now.

one of my favorite Korean cake stores literally 3 minutes away had their holiday pistachio cream cheese cakes ! it tasted like heaven!

it's not anything special but i'm really really good at making toffee so i made a bunch and made shapes with it and the ones that were too big and deformed i just shattered into smaller pieces.
i'm not good at making anything impressive shape wise but i can make teardrops, straight lines, and perfect circles.

My mother is out of town, I went to her house and snuck into her freezer for the treats she made ahead of time. Please don't tell or she'll find out a way to ground me lol! These babies are called 7-layer bars and they are oh so good right out of the freezer.

I don't do usually do desserts because I'm always on a diet, but I have two weaknesses: peppermint candy, and Kit Kat. My wife came home last night with dark peppermint Kit Kat, and we enjoyed it while sipping brandy. It truly felt like Christmas was here lol

I ate all the shapes and I'm left with the globs that got too hard too fast and I couldn't make any kind of shape and they dont look so nice lol.
Next time I make some I'll post some of the shapes.

I can't ask my mother or she will know what I've done LOL I'll try to list them all: chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, graham cracker crust, ummmm I need 2 more layers.... chopped pecans I think and the last layer I really cannot remember xD I am the chef of the family and now that my grandma has passed, my mom is the baker. I leave that all to her xD
