Did a quest come up where you have to paint a petpet green or something?

I think when candychan and meowclops etc were released the cheap pppbs went up like crazy, like you could turn a snow candychan into an original one with a red pppb etc

All the other pppbs are dropping in price especially with daily quests handing them out, and whatever isn't being deflated raises in price.

there's no expensive petpet that has a cheap version in another colour that you can use a green pb in to get to a pricier original form. It's just regular nonsense neopets economy
