    Question P90x or Insanity?

From a woman's perspective, which one would tone the lower body more, without adding on unwanted bulk (muscle)? I'm not fat (in fact, I'm pretty thin), but I'm looking to just get fit for the summer and mostly tone my lower body (i.e, thighs).

I think it's mostly about the diets on both though..
From what I've read most people didn't see any change until they did the diet plan.

That's how it is tho with anything.
But if she's already thin, she should be able to build muscle mass just from the workouts.

No it doesn't. You build muscle mass from eating right and exercising, thus causing you to lose the fat and causing your body to build muscle.

I've tried the Insanity diet to gain weight(so I could afford to lose weight while I was exercising)...but I couldn't do it for the whole 60 days. I had to literally double everything I was eating (was aiming to gain about 5 pounds in a month) and I just ended up feeling bloated and (sick) all the time.
Might give it another go though, just really don't want to have huge muscle thighs. =X
