Recently back on neopets and while I have my username and probably even password the original email has been lost to time, dont quite know what to do really

@(you need an account to see links) i would create an email similar to the name and create a ticket with TNT give them the situation, all the info on the account and submit ticket.

Best of luck from NN on FB seems people have been able to get access without their original email.

If you don't have the original email, they are verifying accounts using NC purchase history. I recently had one of my sides returned after the changes to how they are handing "Sensitive" vs regular accounts, and it possible to get them back without the email. I'll post the original email text/requirements when I get back to my computer, but the idea is that they are indeed returning those accounts

It depends on who takes your requests, some TNT agents are more prone to helping than others.
They insist on NC purchases. So if you made some in the past 3 years, be sure to mention that.
Also posting on FB with your ticket number seems to speed things up a little.

Still hasn't been able to recover it lol, got the nc purchases covered (sorta) bc I can check on the nc log with my username and password, but they insist on a neofried and old email, well let's see how it goes.

So finally got it back after years! Got into my nc log account bc I still had the same password and sent that to the tnt, got all my pets and items.

I'm so glad you got your account back!! Make sure you change that email!

I lost my account to time because I had set my birthdate to some arbitrary day (something like December 26 1965). I got the account back though because I was lucky enough to still have the neopets confirmation email from 11 years ago LOL

I just recently filed a ticket regarding a childhood account (Email was terminated since it no longer existed) and TNT asked me for where was the account created (aka location) and then your birthday and I was able to get back into my account.

I should also mention I was under 13 so I never got to buy neocash or premium since I was a child

That was my problem lol, well that and my memory at 11 not being too good, kinda thought putting a random birthday was a good way to preserve my online privacy, bu anyway I'm so happy that it worked bc no way I could remember neofriends or similar.
