not going to be the same speed you are used to, but it will be fairly decent, i personally haven't had any issues with proxies that i pay for.
I get on average 1-4 accounts iced a day but thats cuz i dont proxy all my accounts and run them ridiculously stupid testing out new programs i am working on.

Zach can vouch on that one lol, i yelled at him when i got 4 accounts banned for running them on a refresher for 28 hrs straight.
then i realized what i had been doing lol.

Proxies just screw around with you. I've learnt that over the past few years. I don't use a proxy or VPN to log into cracked neo accounts and I've never been frozen. And I've been so successful.

Just use a VPN when creating emails.

    TNT actually detects proxies.

Seems like you don't know the true definition of proxy, Becka..

    They can't detect all proxies.

Hmm, I actually do. A proxy is supposed to make you anonymous. They detect most proxies, there are some that they can't though. Such as virtual private networks. They can't detect your original IP address. Proxies however are more or less used more by many people, so if someone breaks the rule on one proxy, about 100 people using the same Proxy will get frozen too. Unless they use their own list of IP addresses. Not many people do though.

EDIT: But you're right Joe, not all proxies can be detected IF the person using one knows how to use it.

EDIT again: HSS's one of the worst if you're using it on Neopets. Proxy Switcher Pro is quite good, but that's one you have to pay for. GhostVPN is one of the best.

Hmm, TOR is alright, not as good as some though. One of the best, but I've heard of people being frozen more than once using TOR. I suppose they did something wrong, but yeah. I guess nothings perfect.
