    Exercise and Weight loss

    Exercise is the best way to loss weight, because it is natural and have no side effect on human health. With help of the exercise any one can burn calories which help in weight loss. 30 min of the cardio exercise can burn more than 300 calories. Physical activity is the best and I always prefer for weight management and fitness.

    if you jog atleast a 5.2 mph for 30minutes you will burn about 350 calories. i usally jog about 8.0 mph so I burn close to 500 calories every thirty minutes
