Yes to userbar album!!!!!!!!!!!

We have something along those lines on the main page of the forum, @(you need an account to see links). The most popular userbars don't change that much, so the numbers don't really fluctuate in a meaningful way. The same is true for the rarest userbars. A userbar will be rare for the brief time that we've released it, only to fall from the list and be replaced by retired userbars that are only displayed by a small amount of people. In order to mix things up, we limited what shows up on those lists to only userbars we've seen in the past day. Otherwise, certain userbars would stay on that list forever. The most popular userbar of all time never changes because pretty much every person in the forum has unlocked the Pikachu posting participation userbar, and nothing else comes close to topping that.

We could share userbars collected like stamps instead of keeping them walled off like avatars, but what does the community think about this?

I've said this before in similar discussions, but I love the idea of having a feature like the old avatar.staried.net site where people could compare collections, see which ones were popularly unlocked, et cetera.

Jumping on the pile with the avatar album/collection agreement! Would be interesting to see what userbars others have - for me it would be checking out what newer users have that I don't and looking up how to get them

I love the idea of being able to see what other userbars people have. In my opinion though, I think it's best to have it as a potentiall toggle though, so that way if people don't want to show theirs off they still have a right to that privacy. It would be even better if we could decorate the page too and be able to change how the userbars are listed on the collection, but if there's a limitation on code and it can't be done, I understand.

If the album idea does get implemented, and has pages like a stamp album, ideally the retired UBs could be on a page of their own, so newer members can still complete other pages.

I too am on board for a UB album. It would add a nice little activity to the site. I know others were mentioning potentially earning permission groups/userbars for finishing pages. I think it would be cool to maybe implement both. Like a special permission group for some pages and a userbar for others?
