I was able to feed my pet 6 times before it disappeared. Must have just patched it!

Looks like it glitched. I've been able to feed it to my pet 12 times and got the stat gain 12 times. It freezes on loading after feeding, if you refresh it remains in your inventory but you still gain the stats.

Get feeding before it's patched.

*edit: you also get the background multiple times

*edit: looks like it's patched now. But did get +40 HP and 20 Disco Ball Spotlight Backgrounds :/

Well the background is very pretty o; I usually don't like the items from the cupcakes but I can see myself trying to work with this. Excited for the remaining 2 cupcakes and wonder if the items will be decent
