    Vshred?

Anyone here tried this new Vshred program? I keep seeing ads for it everywhere and was very curious about it and the way it tackles a diet.

I hadn't heard of this before so I did a quick Google search.

Just my opinion on what little I know of the program and my personal experiences in the gym and pushing myself to reach my own goals.

Saw this the other day and I'm not sure it's any different than what's out there now.. which is essentially quality of the workout over how long the workout is, focus on your nutrition (and use flashy words like metabolic confusion), and learn to balance what you want and what you need instead of restricting yourself intensely like some other diets mandate.

The biggest catalyst to almost anything in life, but especially with diet/lifestyle changes is discipline. A lot of what's out there will work if you work it.

Vshred is a scam. He sends misinformation that sounds good but doesn't work the way he says. He targets beginners who know nothing about nutrition and working out. If you want better info try someone like Greg Doucette.

Wait is this a ~"new"~ Vshred program from the previously marketed ones? But to second what @(you need an account to see links) said, Vshred is a scam. Plenty of YouTube videos explaining how pyramid schemey it is. At the end of the day, it's nothing really any different from any other generic weight loss program: lower your calories, possibly track macros, follow a consistent exercise routine. Also, I seen videos about how the Vshred guy doesn't teach proper form on some exercises which can be super dangerous.
