Help with getting an account unfrozen?

Well hey, it’s better than it being frozen in 2005 and trying to get it back. If you need any specific pointers when you work through it, feel free to reach out

I just realised that the account was frozen because I was using a cheat or "cheat program" would this be easier to get the account back LOL

I self froze an account and then sometime later I sent in a ticket asking to get it unfrozen because I forgot something important (thinn it was the legends and letter chests when they made the prizes transferable) and I got it unfrozen.

Unsure if you were frozen for breaking the rules or what though

Pray you get alice, and make sure you at minimal know the OG email. I have only been successful under those two conditions. If you have access to OG email it's always been an open shut case for me and I got unfrozen/my stolen account back
In general the more you can answer questions wise is important, but nothing matters more than those top 2 factors. Everything else just helps your case if they're on the fence with your ownership claim.

Unlikely to get it back, but they may wipe your items and currency if you do get it back

I think you’re better off just saying you think the account was frozen for your own protection instead of saying it was frozen for cheating.

If you have the OG Email (And mailed from it), the current email and even past passswords, I say you have a good shot at it.
I actually got an old side unfrozen just 2-3 weeks ago. I knew the emails, the passwords and pin.
It was frozen due to a trade I did yeeeears ago, but they froze it because of "buying/cheating". Which, at the time, was not the case as I didnt do anything at the time of the freeze.

When I put the ticket it, they straight told me that it was frozen for cheating BUT they would give it back to me if they were to delete all NPs and NP items, as well as convert all UCs on it (Which I didnt have any on that account anyways)
And I got it back within a few days.

Now, if you are wanting to KEEP everything on it, then it all comes down to the reason of the freeze.
I think they dont take Screenshots from anything anymore, so it might be a little tough if the account was frozen for cheating and you wanted to keep the items );

Ah, mkay.
If they froze it "for cheating" then I'm not 100% sure how to safely get it back ); I've only got frozen accounts back if they wiped it out.

Most of the time I want the account due to NC or pets that I wanted (none UCs that is).

Yes for cheating/scamming/buying/selling, they wipe the account and convert the UCs.

Luckily, they don't wipe NC and pet names though.
