I'm sure you already got the answers you needed but when I bought prem the first time I was in the same boat as you.
It took a bit for my premium to kick in/activate (At most 5-10 minutes). I always left the /allevents tab open and refreshed to see if the premium bar at the bottom would show up (That would indicate my premium is active)
For the Premium Collectible - I think it goes down by the first portion of your username. Last months for me took me 1-2 days after it was released to get (Never had this happen before) but rest assured you'll get a generic message from TNT stating your premium collectible is here

Even if your not a restocker but actively keep your shop stocked with various items - it helps in the long run when pricing/changing prices (due to competition lowering their prices under yours). I'm tempted to get premium again (Not for this months premium collectible) but for the fact I have alot of shit in my shop I need to price but I'm actively lazy to use the regular shop wizard since I've been spoiled by the super shop wizard
Yes it's gorgeous, especially as the cherry blossom's inside move around. There are a group of people who are trying to get it re-zoned so it goes under Higher Foregrounds or Lower Foregrounds, which will make it more excited than one big bubble. I really hope TNT looks into this.

It's crazy, I also came to this board to gush about the premium item! :o_o_: Most of them are hit and miss, but this is a wonderful item this month.
