Hello! For me, exam stress is all about suspense and anxiety waiting to actually just do it or seeing results. I think it helps for me to say verbal affirmations that I will 1) be okay 2) am worth more than any letter grade or percent score and 3) reminding myself that sometimes in life, you will win and sometimes, you will lose but that life will eventually go on. I think a lot of my nerves stem from feeling scared to fail so it also holds to do physical things like squeeze a stress ball, have a chat with a close friend, and drink some tea. Wish you the best!
