Favorite Board Games!

Currently, I am in love with Monopoly! I have been playing it on the Switch! But, LIFE and Sorry are super fun for me to play as well. I own them all!

I do have 2 special edition Monopoly boards games, Baby Yoda and Cedar Point Monopoly. I have yet to open them up and play them though. Especially the Cedar Point one. The older it gets, the more money it will be worth since they no longer make them!

My family went through a period where during all extended gatherings (visiting home for a few days during holidays and whatnot) we'd play a lot of scrabble. It's been a few years since we've played but we all seem to cycle through the crossword/spelling bee/wordle, so I'm still into it. Not a fan of playing it online because it's too easy to cheat, though. I'm totally blanking on other games right now, lol.

I enjoy Scrabble as well! And Wordle. I like word/ number games!

I forgot to add that Clue is one of my favorite games as well! My dream job is to be a homicide detective, and I think Clue is where I got my start LOL.

I love playing Yahtzee though! I know it isn't a board game, but still fun!

If you love Monopoly, try playing Monopoly Deal. I'm obsessed with it and it's more fun and faster.

Otherwise, I play Settlers of Catan, Cards against humanity and Uno usually.

Those are some classic board games! Of those I do love the pokemon version of monopoly, it adds in some fun new rules to play with!

There's been quite a resurgence going on with board games in the last... 7 years? Unfortunately we stopped playing during the pandemic, but I really love 7 Wonders, Alhambra, and Love Letter!

Also special shoutout to the Pokemon: Master Trainer board games!

I really enjoy One Card game or whatever game with cards

It was almost a must whenever I meet with any friends, easier and it was good for playing and chatting same time

It would be Monopoly for me , i tried the game of thrones board game bought it with 2 friends took us 1 hour+ to read the rules another 5 hours of gameplay while further understanding the rules and then after that one game ( it was hidden away and collecting dusts)

I am actually somewhat of a collector of board (and card..?) games.

Some of my favourites include (in no particular order):
- Camel Up
- Ticket to ride
- Bohnanza (although there isnt really a board)
- Avalon (again, not really a board, nor are there many cards)
- Sushi-go

Some games that I would love to try:
- Wingspan (I have the digital copy, and my friend has the physical one. But we cant seem to find time to learn and play it)
- Pandemic

So, I really enjoy Monopoly, but ... with.. fun rules? lol
When I worked at disney, a few friends and I would play but would put in Disney Cast Member rules that we made up along the way LOL
I know this isnt really how the game works and all, but we played it pretty often and always had a blast!
