Sorry to bother again.. but I looked into your source code.
I know it's unlikely if I'm the only one encountering problems, but are you sure you aren't missing the javascript function in the <head> section? Couldn't find it in the source code anywhere..
I tried it myself with a blanco page and it's working fine like this (picked leadbolt as example, I don't know which site you're using)..

I'm using CPAlead but it is certainly possible that the framework coding has updated since creating the site.
