I don't think I've ever bothered. TNT is so slow to respond I have a new account up and running by the time they start considering my case

I got it back once but it wasn't technically frozen. It was just a stupid password problem, somehow my password stopped working. As for frozen accounts, no, never. They refuse to give it back no matter what I say, which is frustrating because just last week I was merely restocking on this one account, and it got frozen all of a sudden, and they claim I cheated. That's one big reason why I'm here too. Done with playing legit.

I did get an illegit account that I ABed on and transferred stuff to returned to me.
But it was CGed, and returned to me.

Depends on the reason for being frozen.If it was for protection yes I do get it back.
But if I caught on cheating then sayonara TNT will never return the account.
