    Post your Etsy shop!

Here's hoping that someone here besides myself has an Etsy shop.

I don't have a shop, but I've definitely bought a few things from Etsy. And I'm HUGE into DIY myself though. Especially when I was in high school. I'll have to show you some of the stuff I made. ^_^

Awesome hat, btw. Did you make that from scratch?
Yes I make all my hats and whatnot from scratch. I also do tons of custom orders.

Your prices are really good too, and the quality of your products look great. I'm surprised you don't have very many customers. I've seen a ton of other etsy products where you can totally see stitching and frayed edges hanging out in the picture. It's always so tacky because if the picture looks bad, the actual product itself is going to be terrible.

This is sort of off-topic, but what kind of sewing machine do you use? How much did you buy it for? I'm considering buying a cheap sewing machine to start off with and have been trying to get people to recommend inexpensive (but decent) brands.
Yeah, I only use high quality fleece. I wouldn't sell something I wouldn't wear or use myself! But it doesn't take too much to make, so I can sell for fairly cheap.
I use a Bernina 930, from the 80's. It's the greatest machine ever! I got lucky tho, my grandma gave it to me...because they cost like $1200. Eek!
I always recommend Bernina if you can afford it. Otherwise, don't buy anything under $100 because those are typically crappy. You get what you pay for.

Etsy is the best place ever annnd everything is worth a bajillion dollars, even when it's crappy ~_~.

I was surprised to see that your Fleece hat was extremely reasonably priced, though

Yeah, I think its so weird when people price things so high. I'm able to get my materials for reasonable prices, and I don't gauge my prices so yeah...I wouldn't sell anything if my prices were higher anyway.
