Just off this thread, everyone effected is in the US and one person that isn't is in Canada.

It's still not working for me, its been FOREVER!but when I use a proxy everything loads perfectly .. slowly.. but everything works.

Proxies are working for me, my other browsers still not working. Cleared cache and cookies on Safari and still no change, about to try Firefox but I'm doubtful. ;/
It's not working for me either. I never go on neopets I just went and tried and it didn't work.
Most of my proxies are african based, middle east for the majority.
Strange, I never had any problems whatsoever...;o Are you all still having that problem? Anyone find out what the problem was?
