Though, saying that, a little understanding usually helps more than a lot of complaining. Your idea of culture is by no means universally held.

Have you ever dealt with such events? I have multiple times. And why did I say a name of a certain nation, not something neutral instead? Because it's always, ALWAYS the nation causing these events. Have you ever had to deal with the mentioned nation on a daily basis?

Yes, there is. They are perspectives, lenses through which you can choose to see people: when you start looking for something in somebody, eventually you are going to find it.

Every stereotyped example you use; loudness, being bad at dancing, being good at science, all of these could easily be attributed to any race, or to the populace of any country, with simply a bit of imagination. There are better uses for imagination, however. One use I'd suggest is putting it towards reserving judgement on people who you really don't know, apart from your vague misconceptions.

I'm simply stating observation.

By omitting nationality, you're just bitching about a couple of loud people and no one cares. By stating their country of origin, you're giving someone an idea of what you are dealing with if one has dealt with a certain nationality before.

Take me for instance, white people notoriously can't dance (no offense to the krackers who can). If someone were to drop an anecdote about clubbing with a white girl who spazzes all over the dance floor, it's more relate-able than a story about some girl who can't dance.

I'm saying it adds dimension to a story because stereotypes are fun. That's how people categorize other people. They can be good and bad. So getting on someone's case for calling out two guys for being Russian is silly.

Everyone stereotypes. For some reason, it's been flipped into a bad thing. There's a reason young guys pay more for car insurance than girls. They're notorious for being stupid and getting into car accidents, but you don't see anyone suing the car insurance company for bias. They're obviously based on some amount of truth.

I'm from West Virginia. You think i don't hear my fair share of "did you marry your cousin?" and "how many tooth do you have?" jokes?? Hell no! And you know what... They're validated in those jokes. If you've never been to the back woods in WV, then you haven't seen the half of it. I'm ok with it. i know they're just picking fun and no one gets hurt. I know my state is beautiful and i didn't marry my cousin (i think).

So people just need to pull the jock strap out of their asses and lighten up. Russians are loud. I had an exchange student from Russia and i could hear her from the lunchroom 3 buildings away. My Chinese exchange student was awesome at math and science. My black uncle from Africa couldn't swim to save his life. There's obviously truth to these things even if it doesn't apply to everyone.
