Nice guide
Between medium and high I would put some colours only accessible with lab and/or FFQ, such as MSP, Ice, Jelly, Chocolate...

you should also give a price ratio.

say if a krawk was worth 100 units

then a uc krawk would be worth 300 units

and a uc baby kougra would only be about 20 units

urghh I don't know, that sort of stuff changes a lot, specially with krawks deflating so much
