I've come across this error previously (bumped into it again just now) but am not sure what it's specifically asking for.

Does anyone have more information about this like... exactly how many more rep points must be used, or how many different users need to be +repped, or how many days I have to wait before I can go back and +rep the original person again?

It's about who/how many people you rep. If you rep me now, you cannot rep me again until you've repped 3-5 other people. I'm not sure what the exact number is. But it's to prevent the same user from repping the same users and potentially misusing the system.

Thanks for responding! I guess I'll start counting how many users I've +repped in between and see if it's a constant number

You can go to your settings page to see who and when you have given rep so no need to count. It's below where your received rep it. 😀
