Best way to increase my vert?

I've been doing a jump program and it's helping immensely. I'm dunking easily now, but still not off the vert. What's the best way to increase my vertical jump besides a jump program?

@(you need an account to see links) I am a personal trainer, and the BEST and CHEAPEST way to increase your vertical is simple. Take about 35-65 lb dumbbells in each hand and doing frog hops (10 each rep, for 5 reps.) each week increase the weight by 5-10lbs. I increased my vertical A TON in like 2 months time

    ^He speaks the truth.

I've read in articles if you do not put enough pressure to your jump workouts, then it is really not any use to your vertical (in regards to improving).

Another workout is to grab a 45lb plate and using one leg, hop onto a bench (make sure its not too high) and each hop should be you trying your hardest. Do this 6-8 times per leg. Better to do 6-8 on one leg then switch to the other. 3 sets, decrease reps by 2 per leg each set.

    squat jumps also help

do a regular squat, but when you come up, instead of standing, jump!

say if you regularly squat 225 easily, drop that down to 135 and jump as high as you can
