    This is a brand new cable. I'll test it with the PS3 real quick.

    just had to be sure, sometimes simple things like are the worst kinds of mistakes............




    and i dunno, if the cable works for other things, and the tv doesn't recognize your laptop? might be the laptop? lol
    just report it and ignore it.

    But the laptop recognizes the TV, that's what doesnt make sense.

    are you by chance cross threading the cable end? i dunno if hdmi has threads or not

    the end of the cable, do you have to just push it on? or does it screw on, like a bottle cap on a soda bottle?

    Whats happens when you try to change the refresh rate?

    remove the cable from the mac, and reconect again, see if you see a single Blink in the "no signal" on the tv...

    lol i had no idea, just running through some simple things to cross them out, i really don't know, sounds like something with the cable, sometimes, then sounds like it's something with the tv, i have no idea anymore
    just report it and ignore it.
