    I feel like you get a fuller range of motion off of the free weights, at the same time it is harder to have good form while using free weights at first. I feel like the machines are a good start for anyone, but as soon as you get serious you should probably switch to free weights (with good form) so that you can work the smaller muscles that you sometimes miss wi the limited motion range fo the machines.

    you do and you also can build almost evry muscle a machince can build

    free weights all the way baby!

    machines target too specifically, and often effect other parts that are not supposed to be effected and unnecessary muscles
