JLK, how much time was between these warnings and infractions? Because if it all was in the same time zone, then he could have just had a really shitty day and had enough of it, and took it out online, maybe not even on purpose. If there was space between them, then it is a different story.

that depends on your definition, he had a couple staff tell him to chill out on things, but he ignored them, he received an official warning after that, and shortly after was banned while still ignoring the warning

however the first ban, was unrelated to the last ban

but i think it'd be safe to say like over the span of like a week? from the first ban until the last ban, i don't really remember when the first ban was

just because you are a top poster, top trader, most famous person on the site, does not mean you are above the rules of a site, unless you are the creator of said site
just report it and ignore it.

Yet he still continuously broke the rules and was rude and ignorant to people after multiple warnings and infractions.

I'm really torn. When I spoke to him Danny seemed like a real nice guy and I think repped my guide.

However I completely disagree with his behaviour towards both Emily and JLK.

After some consideration (seriously I've been sat here reading this thread for about 10 minutes now) I think I'm going to vote yes because his essay did seem calm and collected. If he is unbanned he will just have to make sure he follows the rules and keeps his word with all the thing he said in that apology.

Oh God. I say leave him banned for a couple more weeks (sorry Danny) then unban him. He needs to chill out. This may rile him more, but if that is the case then maybe he shouldn't be unbanned.

I don't know enough to judge about what happened with mods.
I think he should be unbanned and have an other chance to make this forum active. But, he should be less rude and negative toward some people.

I think he should stay banned for another week or so, as I don't think it was a permanent ban offense, but if he does come back and messes up again I think it should be perm.
