Yeah this has been asked multiple times in the past and the main reason to not having one for the public is because all visitors will see that we have a "jail system" and will just be discouraged from joining.. not wanting to comply with rules that may be extremely hard to follow.
In short, it makes us look bad.

If they don't want to comply with the "extremely hard to follow rules", isn't it better if they don't join?
If they join with that kind of mindset, they would likely cause trouble.
That's not what we want.We wanna seem cool and appealing to people so they join and stay. And our rules are NOT extremely hard to follow rules.

I frankly like that its hidden although I am nosy on another site. Folks often get reinstated after they are banned. due to misunderstandings.... I agree with the hidden ban list. My .02
I want to say I love this forum and I'm not trying to say anything bad but we actively and openly post things that all can see like that we 'hack' and take over active accounts and sell illegit pets.
I don't think a ban list/section is any more 'trashy' than that ^ not that I think either is trashy.
I just reallyclraik but am also reallly nosy.

If you wanna know why someone was banned so freaking badly then PM a mod or joe. Im sure they'll explain why in private
