Shit sucks, no pun intended. I've lived with stomach problems my entire life, with what the doctors tell me is "an extremely oversensitive case of IBS". So i'm used to rapid deterioration of my stomach's stability with a little prod of stress. I would suggest alot of water, as diarrhea can dehydrate you and make you feel worse. Also, as stated before, Imodium typically helps, and really bland foods. I typically take anti spasmatics aswell, but those are just prescription.
Or, as JLK mentioned, it may be womanly issues, on which I am not qualified to speak upon.

Are your parents taking care of you? Make sure you are getting plenty of fluids (electrolytes)
No, they gave me medicine and that is about it. I have to get the water myself, even though I am struggling trying to get to the frikin fridge.

I have acid reflex. I had pretty bad diarrhea last night.
