On the weighted scale, yes. You can get higher than a 4.0. That's how we decided our valedictorian when i was in high school.

They usually don't start weighting grades until high school. That's when your GPA counts. So consider everything you do this year and next year "practice". 9-12th is when you buckle down and get your head in the game.
I had to stop neopets for 9 years to get through high school and college. Don't get distracted.
You'll be fine. If you're still above a 3.3, it's all gravy.
