Yes, the bar is awarded when you're at the top of the list (i.e., number one) at midnight — and it's based on the forum's time zone, not yours. I think the forum is on Central Standard Time. We'll see in 37 minutes. 😛

Edit: Okay, it's 12:19 am Central time, and nothing. We'll see in 41 minutes (midnight Mountain time), then.

Edit: Still nothing at 12:07 am Mountain time.

Edit: Welp, it's March 23 everywhere now, so IDK what else to say. I definitely got the bar at midnight.

I was top poster for like a whole week before you and didn't get it either, I tried posting 10+ times on a day, but nothing, no idea what triggers it.
