It is a chat bot as previously stated that is taking advantage of a type of social engineering called "e-whoring". You will get these occasionally. They get you to believe they are a girl and then they expect you to play along and they will begin a chat session and they will play a video on chat of a girl. After that they will stop it after a minute or two and ask you for money to continue, they are expecting you to be horny at this point. It's something that's been going on for years.
