Do you sit there and make up emails and hope that they are connected with Neopets?

^ yes. Make thousands of emails then put them through Joe's email checker to see if they are connected to Neopets then hope they are unregistered.

My Mass Username Generator can help out with this... actually it can make hundreds of thousands of usernames if you run it daily.

And you can only check 100 on one IP.
