How about a private girls group? That way only members can see it? Also, anything related to periods, child birth, pregnancy, tampons, pads, menstrual cups, I could probably answer any questions or advice on as I'm 24 years old with a baby.

That's a good idea.
Only members can see the discussions I believe.
Well I think non members can see the titles of things, so just make them random and the content inside what you wanna talk about.
Make it a private group, so nobody you don't want in there can talk.

Honestly, you could just ignore posts by males. Or just y'know, drop whatever sexist hangups you have. You're being sexist regarding certain things as "girl's only".

I hate when people just throw out words like sexist. the only one proposed here was periods and obviously that is girls only. But, any other topic can be brought up here without fear of humiliation or rejection, look around you will be surprised what you find.
