Arduino: where to start?

I have a project in Arduino, but I know nothing about it. Have already taken some electronic classes, so I know how to use breadboards and the components, but I have problems with the programming part (I know some languages, but C or C++ are not one of them).

Do you know any good tutorial regarding this topic? Looking for anything that could help (be it in C++ or understanding better Arduino's libraries).
Currently, I am mostly looking for information in Arduino's website.
