If I submit a ticket about a previous frozen account, and the account I made the ticket on gets frozen aswell, do you think the ticket disappears?
Seems to happen to me with every account I submit a ticket, and just happened again.
Last I checked my ticket, the status was 'a work in progress' too.
If you got frozen for selling/buying stuff, you may never get an answer =/
When you are submitting a ticket, I'm sure TNT is checking all the accounts linked with your ip and email
I was frozen for buying/selling but I did manage to get a response back from TNT by sounding as innocent as possible.
Didn't end up getting the account back because I forget the e-mail I created the account with.
But in answer, as already stated, yes the ticket stays there even if the account is frozen.
