Unless you're have a premium account, it could be months till your appeal is dealt with. More than likely, they won't unfreeze your account.

It's best to create a new account and just start over. One million Neopoints isn't THAT difficult to gather, especially with all the programs listed on Clraik.

Take advantage of available resources on Clraik to create a better account, just be cautious about programs you download offsite.

Also, if you try to login to your account, it should state the reason why you were frozen.

Take some time to look into using a VPN when using these third-party programs - less likely to be chain frozen.
