And wait a little, sometimes it delays.
It took me some time to receive mine.
And if clicking the link on the email don't work (like mine), try doing it manually.
YAY I finally got it!
I did same thing except with Australian account
Now I just need to find a site that gives some usd away for free so I can send it to my other paypal and see if I can send stuff with my canada paypal. Anyone know of one that wont scam you?
Doubt that'll you'll find a site that gives money for free.. at least not without you doing something for them first

Nope, not really but I still got into the canada paypal site.
