These boons are pretty bad for seekers. If you have a bunch in the bank perhaps bribery is the way to go, if you need wheel avatars go with the wheel round boon. Or if you've been hoarding books to read to your pet use the book smarts boon.
Otherwise the others aren't great. I'm going with wheel round boon for wheel of knowledge spins.
I'm going with the wheel boon because I'm addicted to the The Wheel of Extravagance haha
