I am not asking for THOUSANDS of dollars free, just a layout/template sorta thing.
Incase you haven't read thoroughly through my thread, in the first page, Josh offered to do the PHP for free.
So I have NO idea where everybody is getting this thousands of dollars crap.. -.-

No, my dad paid $1000s for a website to be made for his company. This idea for an auction website would be way more complex then that....

Yea, advertising costs quite a bit, I offer packages for advertising and at the least it is a 60$ package (which includes 1000 site views) at the most $150-$240 (that includes .edu and other popular backlinks though and 1000+ site views which don't guarantee that the people visiting is going to buy anything, and much more.)

You can always advertise the old fashion way and find a spammer or take hours to write on many sites and such.
