If it's because of bots, tnt just needs to stop working to thwart people who use bots/buy NP/buy pets and instead focus more so on improving the site for people. They're like that incompetent police force who is SO SURE that X is the murderer that they refuse to look at anyone else. Yes, protect active accounts that get compromised. But instead of recaptchaing shops to prevent bots, maybe work on making DoN work again or something else on the site that is broken. Once you get all of the broken things on the site fixed, then whatever, worry about these things. But it's so stupid that they're doing things like this which will drive people away when instead they need to be building their userbase and get a good foundation down.
